Your game scores, streaks, achievements and settings are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is not sent to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.

Online multiplayer
When you use "Play Online" in Tic Tac Toe, Connect Four or Checkers, the game room code and the moves of that match are stored temporarily in Google Firebase so both players see the same board. No name, email or account is needed. The site also keeps an anonymous total count of games played. None of this identifies you personally.
Email updates
If you choose to enter your email address in the "Notify Me" form, it is used only to tell you about new games or major updates. We do not sell or share your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to delete your address.
Push notifications
If you allow browser notifications, they are delivered through OneSignal. OneSignal stores a device identifier so notifications can reach your browser. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser settings.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We may also use anonymous, aggregated statistics to understand which pages are visited. This information is not used to identify individual visitors.
Children
Playnook Games is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
